The hotel offers lovely comfy huge beds but lacks a lift, which was needed for our daughter in a wheelchair. The absence of a balcony for 3 adults was a downside. The service was very slow at the food area and the location was great for accessing theme parks.
The hotel is ideally located at the park entrance in the center of Salou, making it quick and easy to access the theme park. The rooms feature lovely, huge beds but lack a balcony for adults. The service at the food area was very slow, but they provide useful car hire and tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience is included and offers delicious cakes. Overall, a convenient choice due to its great location, though some service aspects could be improved.
